DELIVERY SERVICES
ON-TIME GUARANTEE
The following guarantee is for deliveries that range 0-21 miles from the point- of-pickup to the point-of-delivery. One hour is added for each additional 21 miles of distance. To ensure these logistics, our order takers will request contacts at the pick up and delivery. We continually monitor your delivery to ensure that each Estimated Time of Arrival(ETA) deadline is fulfilled. In the event of any delays, such as traffic hazards, weather conditions, and special events/holidays, the customer will be notified immediately with the new ETA.
SERVICE TYPES
EMERGENCY 1 to 2 hours or less, and is the fastest, most efficient delivery option. (Guarantee)
REGULAR 4 hours or less, for rates generally 20% less than our emergency service. (Guarantee)
ROUTES Daily, weekly, monthly, and/or yearly pre-scheduled orders designed to fit specific needs.
AIR COURIER Emergency delivery to the nearest airport for Next Flight Gauranteed (NFG) service.
TRUCKING Oversized shipments on emergency.

ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING SERVICES
Upon request, we provide Bi-monthly MS Excel reports for accounting and budgeting as well as ETA Tracking reports that are periodically updated throughout the course of any of your deliveries.
